The after sales service includes, the purchase of URL (Universal Resource Locator) which is used to park your domain. The purchase of a digital certificate which is used to keep your site SAFE & secure.

The monthly hosting fee's are incurred by you, the Client, quotes may be written according to your needs, upon request. This quote may be sent to you,via the email that was included in your welcome message that you did send to me via the contact me page, to keep a tidy record of any business dealings that was incurred. Any profanity will NOT be tolerated & will conclude our dealings with each other, as I waive the right to who I work for.

Upon succesfull completion of your custom built website, only then will I ask for payment, before we go live with the website the necessary steps must be taken to ensure a succesfull propagation of your website which may take up to 12 - 24 hours depending on the size of the website in its entirety. I will only ask you that I may furnish my banking details on a formal invoice from, Hawk Web Services, to you once we are ready to go Live, this will ensure that their is transparency in every meaning of the word.I tend to keep my end of the bargain by building you your Custom built website with an ounce of passion & a dose of pride. Only once I have received your payment only then can I upload the neccessary files & install the digital certificate, to the World Wide Web.

Please note that it is a requiremant of the industry to have a digital certificate.
